Your next favourite book: Factfulness

It's not often that I'm so gushingly positive about a book.

But this is no ordinary book. And it's not often that a book can dramatically and fundamentally change the way you see the world.

And no, it's not a religion or a conspiracy, but something much more mundane than that:

Facts

But don't take my word for it. I bought it for a friend and this is what she wrote:

“Hey, I’m in the middle of ‘Factfulness’ and it’s really incredible. Please give to everyone you know. I’m certainly going to do so.”

Facts? Sounds dry, academic, boring ...

Wrong. This is after all a book by Hans Rosling, Anna Rosling Rönnlund and Ola Rosling. Boring doesn't get a chance. Here's their introduction:

If you read one book this month, this is the one. You'll thank me.

You will divide your life into the time before and after you read this book.

Thank you Hans, Anna, Ola.

Buy the book from your local bookshop. If you're in Vienna you can see an incomplete list of bookshops on this rather dated website I made years ago: www.buchliebe.at
